Bouncer
This module triggers notes from any number of balls. Just set the "chord" variable to the notes you want (one note per ball). The MIDI target can be changed by selecting the Multiball.note custom MIDI message. Notes velocity is determined by the balls' speeds, by way of the "velocity_factor" parameter.
