Ambivalent Beats is a powerful and straightforward performance drum machine created especially for Kevin McHugh, aka Minus and Plus8 recording artist Ambivalent. It features a stripped down and immediate interface to quickly program 16 step beats, perfectly in sync with the rest of your gear. A swing fader lets you change the groove in realtime. The layout is designed for quick improvisation and includes a clear button to reset your pattern.
Drum Rack
The sequencer is implemented as a Max for Live device which works in front of any standard Drum Rack. In fact, we've included 16 sounds selected by Ambivalent himself. Check out the video to see how Kevin uses Lemur in his live performance, then download the package and try it out for yourself.
