Refund Policy

Before requesting a refund, if you have technical issues with Lemur or any other Liine app, please contact us at support@liine.net where we will do our best to resolve their problem.

Refunds on iTunes are entirely handled by Apple. https://www.apple.com/emea/support/itunes/contact.html

The Google Play Store is a service developed and controlled by Google, and they set the refund policy for purchases made in the Google Play Store. You should contact Google using the following link to get their assistance. https://support.google.com/googleplay/digital-content/?hl=en#topic=3364260

For refunds on apps purchased from the Google Play Store, Google will automatically grant a refund for any reason within 15 minutes of purchase. If Google's time limit has passed, you may request a refund by contacting us within 7 days of your initial purchase by emailing support@liine.net with the following information:

  • Your full name
  • Your email address
  • The Google Play order number associated with your purchase
  • The reason you are requesting a refund.

We cannot consider your refund request if you do not provide your Google Play Store order number. We review refunds on a case-by-case basis. Please note that not all refund requests are granted. (For example, change of mind, don't like a user template, etc. are not granted).
