By default, ports 1.3 and 2.3 on iConnectMIDI2+ are routed together. Use the following ports in Lemur settings screen:
Note — If you have Lemur Daemon running on the computer, you will actually see the iConnect MIDI ports listed twice in Lemur's MIDI Target drop-down menu. Once for the ports exposed to the computer, and once for the ports exposed to the iPad. Notice that each list is identified. Use the ports exposed to the iPad.

This unit is very powerful, and this flexibility comes with a certain degree of complexity. Each USB jack on the unit provides 16 distinct MIDI port (and of course each MIDI port has 16 MIDI channels).
A typical use-case with Lemur would involve plugging your iPad into USB1 (the left-most USB plug on the front of the unit) and plugging your laptop into USB3 (on the back of the unit).
